This program is for any dancer from 1st grade up to adults! We offer Beginning, Intermediate, and Advanced levels for Ballet, Tap, Jazz and Hip Hop for all age groups. 

 

Classes meet once a week and are between 45-60 minutes in length.  Curriculums for each age and level are designed to educate dancers in their art form’s vocabulary and technique and to challenge each dancer to encourage personal growth and advancement.

 

All academy dancers have the opportunity to perform in our annual year end performance held at a professional theater in the Columbus area.  Dancers in 1st-12th grade in the academy program have the opportunity to participate in our annual Holiday show in December if they meet the eligibility requirements. This program is designed for the more casual dancer, however many academy dancers feed into or transfer into our preparatory/pre-professional program if they desire to dance at a more vigorous pace.
