CDA DANCE CHALLENGE #10 - PLANK CHALLENGE
Today is a little different! Think you're up for a conditioning challenge? It's important to keep up your strength and holding plank position is a great way to strengthen the entire body.
Post a photo or video of you holding a plank for 30 seconds on your story on Instagram and tag us (Columbus DanceArts Academy). In your post, tag and nominate 3 other dancer friends encouraging them to try the challenge. We will see how many nominations we can get over the next few days! We will share each entry we get on our page so we can all see our dancers try out this challenge. Make sure that you are following Columbus DanceArtsAcademy to see us repost.
